Why Water Fitness
Water is required for regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen, and flushing out waste products. But being in water also provides a low-impact environment that reduces stress on joints and muscles. Plus, water resistance adds an extra challenge to exercises, improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Water fitness classes offer unique benefits to your overall health and well-being and are good for your mind and soul too. Dip your toes.
