What’s New?

We feel like a plant seed at the cusp of spring, waking up from deep meditation as nature awakens all around us with budding trees and fresh gardens taking root. It must be March! Cupertino TV Productions mirrors the Spring renewal. New faces are bringing vibrant energy and innovative ideas, illuminating our discussions and shows with fresh perspectives. Together, we have plans to nurture growth, sharing our creative endeavors with distant corners of the world with help from our new members- a beautiful parallel to spring's eternal promise of new beginnings.

We are planning many new shows, many are on the editors' desks and will soon get released. We think these are different and you will notice too. If Cupertino TV Productions were a book, our title would be 'Burgeoning.'

Now, let’s give a quick look at February. Last week, we attended the State of the City address at Quinlan Center on 2/25. It was good to see our name up there as partners in the Cupertino Stories project. We are looking forward to these interviews. We also filmed the Women in Gen AI Conference on 2/27 at Fenwick and West. There was a great panel discussion with founders of AI companies. You will see it soon in a show about this conference.

We have wonderful shows for you on our Cablecast Schedule this month, do check them out on our Shows page and our YouTube channel. As always, come and join us in our meetings (see meeting times in the following section) where we plan our next shows and learn and watch beautiful, creative shows from our fellow members.

Until next time!

Heads up!

Why Water Fitness

Water is a crucial component for all living organisms, including us humans. It makes up over 60% of our body weight and plays a vital role in many bodily functions. Water is required for regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen, and flushing out waste products. But being in water also provides a low-impact environment that reduces stress on joints and muscles. Plus, water resistance adds an extra challenge to exercises, improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Water fitness classes offer unique benefits to your overall health and well-being and are good for your mind and soul too. Watch this video — a first place winner at W.A.V.E. 2024 — for its wisdom and visuals.

Producers: Melinda Reynard and Adek Hanukai

CTVP Life in Pictures

Our lives as producers revolve around the studio, meetings, and on location filming. With cameras that ride inside phones in our pockets and purses, photos of our lives abound. Check them out in this section. There are pictures from KMVT15’s field equipment class for Cupertino TV Productions, new members’ training on studio equipment, Volunteer Appreciation Lunch day at CSC, CSC’s Open house, post-production crew shoots and myriad others just because we came together to create something. Mostly because we are feeling good about ourselves or for members and partners who are volunteering — creating, crewing, and giving us a reason to celebrate creativity :)
