As a teenager, Sampada aspired to be the first Indian anchorperson. However, following her parents' encouragement to pursue a STEM field, she earned a mathematics degree from UC Berkeley and spent many years working in technology as a systems analyst and web designer. She is now excited to explore her interest in TV production through this unique group at the Cupertino Senior Center. As an avid traveler, she hopes to create videos highlighting her journeys.
