Spartan Robotic – We Are 971

Using a hobby to learn the art of communication and teamwork is invaluable.  Building a robot is complex relying on skills such as creativity, engineering and implementation.  Students work with mentors and team alumni to design, prototype and produce a robot to compete but it is not about winning it’s what they are learning from the experience. Mountain View High School Spartan Robotics Team 971 from California were the 2017 global winners of the FIRST award (For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology).
